本應用程式內官方價格資料源自香港消費者委員會 Online Price Watch 公開數據集，由消委會每日一次抓取，並非實時。實際售價可能因促銷、地區、店舖、時段而異。
用戶分享嘅價格由其他用戶提交，我哋無法逐筆核實。所有價格資料只供參考，請於購買前自行確認。
Official prices come from the HK Consumer Council's Online Price Watch (fetched once daily — not real-time). Community-submitted prices are user-generated and not individually verified. All prices are for reference only — confirm at the store before buying.
你提交嘅價格、相片、優惠文字屬於「用戶內容」。你必須保證：
You warrant content is truthful, you have rights to it, photos contain no identifying info of others, and submissions are not for hoaxes, ads, harassment, defamation or unlawful purposes.
上載即代表授予開發者一個非獨佔、免費、全球、可轉授權嘅許可，用以喺本應用程式及關聯服務內顯示、複製、改編、儲存及向其他用戶提供。你保留你內容嘅所有權；本應用程式不會將你嘅內容出售俾第三方數據經紀。
You grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable licence for use within the app. You retain ownership; content is never sold to data brokers.
本應用程式以匿名 device ID 識別用戶，並設有反濫用機制（例如每裝置每產品每日最多 5 次提交，相片上載每日 20 張或 30 MB 上限）。我哋保留隨時隱藏、刪除或拒絕被認定為虛假、垃圾、騷擾或違反條款嘅內容嘅權利。
嚴重或重複違反條款嘅 device ID 可能被永久停權，且唔會獲得 Pro 內購退款。
Anti-abuse limits: 5 submissions/product/day per device; 20 photos or 30 MB/day. We may hide, delete or refuse content judged false, spammy, harassing or in breach.
「升級 Pro」係一次性買斷（HK$18），付款後永久解鎖。同一 Apple ID 嘅其他裝置可透過「還原購買」取回。
所有付款、退款由 Apple App Store 處理。請依照 Apple 嘅政策（reportaproblem.apple.com）。開發者無權代為退款。
Pro is a one-time HK$18 lifetime purchase. Restore via Settings on any device under the same Apple ID. Refunds via Apple only.
本應用程式以「現狀」（as-is）及「視乎可用」（as-available）方式提供。我哋唔保證服務唔中斷、唔出錯、亦唔保證價格資料嘅完整或準確性。
對於因使用或無法使用本應用程式所造成嘅任何直接、間接、衍生損失（包括但不限於買貴咗、買錯咗、節省失敗），開發者唔承擔法律責任。
Provided "as-is" and "as-available". No warranty of uninterrupted operation or data accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or consequential loss arising from use.
產品相片來自 Open Food Facts（CC BY-SA 4.0）；分店位置資料來自 OpenStreetMap（ODbL）；官方價格資料來自香港消費者委員會 Online Price Watch 公開數據集。各資料嘅原始版權歸對應機構所有。
你可以隨時透過卸載停止使用本服務。開發者亦可隨時暫停或終止服務，並盡可能事前通告。終止後關於授權、責任限制及資料保存嘅章節繼續有效。
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。任何爭議應由香港法院非專屬管轄。
